Bacco is the main restaurant at Hotel Nettuno in Catania.
Surrounded by large windows, Bacco is located in a spacious and refined room; when the weather permits, the restaurant opens its French doors to the pool area and the hotel’s lush gardens, where you can enjoy lunch or dinner in the open air. The meat and seafood dishes are prepared with seasonal and preferably zero-km ingredients, reimagining the best traditional Sicilian, Mediterranean and Italian recipes thanks to our skilled chefs. Thewine cellar at the restaurant's disposal offers mainly Sicilian wines with a focus on those hailing from Etna’s volcanic lands.

With seating for 120-150 guests, views of the gardens and the hotel pool, the Bacco restaurant is also the setting for breakfast, where a delicious international but decidedly Mediterranean buffet is served: Sicilian pastries such as iris brioches, panzerotti, graffe doughnuts and, of course, ricotta, pistachio and chocolate cakes, freshly squeezed Sicilian orange juice, fragrant croissants and, in summer, delicious granitas, accompanied by a variety of eggs, sausages, pancetta, regional cold cuts and cheeses. There is also a corner with lighter breakfast options with fresh fruit and yoghurt, as well as gluten-free, lactose-free, low-calorie and healthy products.
