The Poseidone Room has all the equipment necessary for conducting business activities and multimedia presentations for your company. Also available: business point, free parking and transfer service.
Our professional reception staff will be dedicated to your every need before, during and after the conference to ensure your event is a success.
If requested by the organisers, as an extra service, guests will be welcomed and provided with all the necessary materials for participating in the meeting. In addition, a team of selected hostesses will be on hand to ensure perfect multilingual commercial interpreting, while a room technician will provide audio-visual direction.
For time away from work to regroup and socialise, we can organise Work Breaks in the pool area.
